I have always loved and lived for art. My mother tells stories of how, as a child, I would be constantly creating some form of personal masterpiece using anything I could lay my hands on. I am so thankful to my parents for allowing me to express myself in a safe environment, no matter how messy the art project would be.

I was free to explore and grow.

Now, as an artist, art therapist and educator, I have been teaching and developing creative programs for three years, and I absolutely love it!

In 2018, I launched One With Art after being inspired by two core beliefs: art is for EVERYONE and creativity is a pathway to connection.

I believe that creating art stimulates our wonder, curiosity and imagination. Exploration of different art media can offer so many therapeutic benefits and assist with personal growth and self discovery. I find myself in my own world when I’m creating - a place where reflection and expression flow together unimpeded, and I love being able to facilitate this form of creative therapy for others.

I live in Brisbane with my supportive husband and we are the proud parents of two amazingly talented little humans. When I am not teaching or producing local art events, you can find me exploring, creating or dreaming up my next big idea at home - art is life!
